The Economic Development Commission for City of Paragould has commissioned the development of a new city plan entitled Discover Paragould 2042. The plan is being developed by the Commission, guided by staff, shaped by the community and facilitated by our planning team Orion Planning + Design (www.orionplanningdesign.com).
Paragould is a well positioned city with exceptional opportunities. Discover Paragould 2042 will chart a course for the future through a planning process carried out in five steps listed below and illustrated in the graphic below:
